This morning, I took my progress pictures!
Why would I take pictures when I'm not done with my workout?
It has been about a month now since my first day at the gym and I since I couldn’t see the way I looked before I made these changes, the changes that occurred sort of went unnoticed.
So, to prove to myself that all of my hard work was not in vain, I took pictures of where I am now and compared them to where I was when I started.
I found out that I lost a lot of fat rolls.
Yup. FAT ROLLS!
They weren’t that bad, if I put a shirt on you couldn’t even tell, but I knew they were there. Now I barely have any.
I highly recommend taking progress pictures before, in the middle of, and after your workout to truly appreciate the results.
